Easy Plant Based Eggnog Latte Recipe

Growing up, I thought eggnog was gross. It was super thick and sweet. This recipe uses plant based O’ nog and dilutes it with regular oat milk. You still get the festive sweetness without the overpowering texture and flavor. I hope you enjoy this festive drink for the holiday season!

Ingredients

4 oz Trader Joe’s O’ Nog 

4 oz Trader Joe’s Oat Milk

2 Shots of espresso

Ice 

Coconut Whipped Cream (optional)

Sprinkles (optional)

16 oz cup

Steps

  1. Mix O’ Nog and Oat Milk together

  2. Pull 2 shots from espresso machine

  3. Add espresso to 16 oz glass

  4. Stir in oat milk mixture with espresso

  5. Add ice

  6. Top with coconut whipped cream and sprinkles

** To serve hot, steam oat milk mixture and do not add ice **
